Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Hand sanitizers placed in all public areas. Wearing masks required within all public areas, excluding outdoor ones.
Limited lift access, new housekeeping procedures, sanitation of common areas and meeting spaces through electrostatic spray, new catering banqueting offers suitable for social distancing, front office contactless experience, distancing of fitness center machines and new procedures for using and sanitizing for the fitness center and SPA, luggage sanitization on arrival.

Please note that all the above procedures may vary according to Regional and National laws. Please note that the Resort is temporarily closed and will reopen in Spring 2021.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

New catering banqueting offers suitable for social distancing.

Fitness area redesigned to maintain social distancing during the workout, and sanitization of the equipment.

Luggage sanitization on arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
This part will be updated closed to the reopening of the Resort, in Spring 2021.
At the moment all restaurants at the JW Venice are closed, as it is the Resort. We will reopen the property in Spring 2021.
