Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
As per local regulation COVID-19 green pass will be required to visit all indoor hospitality (restaurants and bars, spa & swimming pools) from August 6 in Italy. It will provide proof that the holder has either received at least one dose of the vaccine, has recovered from the virus or tested negative in the previous 48 hours.

We would like to share with you the details of all the safety measure we are adopting, in order that your stay with us will take place in a safe and comfortable environment.


The public areas of the Hotel have been reorganised to comply with the social distancing norms and we have installed hand-sanitizing stations. Furthermore, you will find signage, which will assist as a reminder of the behavior to adopt. Our staff performs check-in operations in full compliance of all safety regulations such as social distancing, use of protective masks. Guest are also requested to wear personal facemasks. Automatic disinfectant gel dispensers have been implemented in the check-in area.

To sanitize the hotel areas, we are following the protocols from local health departments and using government approved cleaning products.


We provide Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the hotel.

Concerning Housekeeping Services, the cleaning of guestrooms may be customised according to guests' needs and preferences. Our staff adopts personal protective equipment based on the activity they are performing, thus respecting safety measures.

Guest are requested to wear a personal face covering in all the common areas in the Hotel, for this reason, at your arrival you will find a special welcome kit in room, composed of a protective facemask, disposable gloves and hand gel.

Upon arrival, our guests will also receive a safety kit with disinfectant wipes.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Concerning Food & Beverage Offerings, the Hotel has modified operational practices for in-room dining, there are no self-service buffets, all food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits are in place in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

Gio's Restaurant Opening Hours:

  • Breakfast from 7:00am to 11:00am
  • Lunch from 12:00pm to 2:30pm
  • Dinner from 7:00pm to 10:30pm
