Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings.   • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.
  • All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Employees wear special protective clothing and receive regular training for ongoing hygiene awareness.
  • Cleaning intervals have been increased in all public areas as well as the back-of-hose, with special attention being paid to high-touch points. Door handles, handrails, switches, reception desk, surfaces and buttons of the elevators are cleaned several times a day.
  • Extra resources and even stricter procedures have been introduced for the thorough cleaning of our hotel rooms. A room seal on your room door proves that the room has not been entered since the thorough cleaning and disinfection.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

  • Literature including Magazines, Books has been removed from rooms.
  • Coffee machines & Kettles - Sanitized for your safety. Contactless coffee delivery available upon request.

We guarantee a largely contactless operation without restrictions in performance and comfort - from check-in to food and beverage consumption to payment.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, person capacity depending on government guidance, time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols, Sanitizing wipes provided.

We have revised service across our Restaurant and Bar. We strongly recommend advance booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments. Food pick-up service is available directly from the restaurant.

  • Event spaces will be operating at reduced capacities in line with Austrian government guidance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team to support government contact tracing initiative
