Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 3 feet or 1 meter from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and bars in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk and spa reception.

 

Mobile check-in, mobile key as well as service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms and suites. These include:

 

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have implemented holistic updates on our cleaning and disinfecting protocols for all our guestrooms. The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been increased, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. If guests wish to opt out receiving daily housekeeping service, we are pleased to adjust the cleaning preference at any time.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear a face-mask based on direction by the local authorities. Appropriate disposable masks are also available to our guests upon request.

 

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants and UV light, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
 



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest; furthermore, we are committing ourselves to keep the rooms vacant for at least 24-hours before arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge: Closed until further notice.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa: open daily, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Gym: Open 24 hours.

Breakfast: Daily à la carte breakfast, 07.00 am - 11.00 am
Dstrikt Steakhouse: Tuesday - Saturday, 06.00 pm - 11.00 pm
Atmosphere Rooftop Bar:  Seasonally closed until November 14, 2020
D-bar: Tuesday -Saturday, 06.00 pm - 01.00 am
Lobby Lounge Pastamara - Bar con Cucina: Daily, 11.00 am - 11.00 pm
Room Service: Daily, 7.00 am - 11.00 pm
