Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms and suites. These include:

 

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have implemented holistic updates on our cleaning and disinfecting protocols for all our guestrooms. The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been increased, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. If guests wish to opt out receiving daily housekeeping service, we are pleased to adjust the cleaning preference at any time.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Appropriate disposable masks are available to our guests upon request.

 

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants and UV light, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
 


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations. 

The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge: Daily from 7 am - 10 pm.


The Ritz-Carlton Spa: Daily from 10 am - 8 pm.
Fitness area: Daily from 10 am - 8 pm.
Spa Treatments: Daily from 10 am - 8 pm.

 

Opening times for the spa for hotel guests and spa members (Register at reception):

Fitness area: Open 24 hours.

Swimming pool: Daily from 6 am - 12 am.

Breakfast: À la carte breakfast served in Dstrikt Steakhouse daily from 7 am - 11 pm
Dstrikt Steakhouse: Dinner from Tuesday - Sunday from 6 pm - 10:30 pm. Steakbrunch: First Sunday of the month from 1 pm - 4 pm. 
Please note that due to construction work of the kitchen the Dstrikt Steakhouse is closed between August 27 and September 5, 2022.

 

Pastamara - Bar con Cucina: Lounge service daily from 10 am - 11 pm. Lunch special: Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 2:30 pm. Aperitivo: Daily from 5 pm - 7 pm. Dinner: Daily from 5 pm - 10:30 pm.

 

Atmosphere Rooftop Bar: Open daily from 5 pm - 1 am. We reserve the right to close the Atmosphere Rooftop Bar due to adverse weather conditions or exclusive bookings.
 

D-bar: Open from 6 pm - 1 am.

Room Service: 24/7 Service
