Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates.

F&B seating were reassigned to promote maximum social distance. In the restaurant area, the space of 2 meters between each table and the maximum occupancy of 2 people per table.

 

In the bar area, limited number of seats.

 

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and desinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and stairways, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Enhanced Room Cleaning: High effective cleaning products have been implemented, with extra attention to high touch points cleaning and desinfection.
Ozone air restorage implemented after each checkout room cleaning.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Desinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.
  • Housekeeping team will safe sticker seal the room after cleaning procedures are finished.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
Guests must wear masks (local authority regulation).

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade desinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

In House Guests: After check in, services will be restricted to minimum contact.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open, limited to 3 guests occupancy.
Sauna: Closed until further notice.
Pool: Open with reduced capacity. Social distancing reinforced.
Club Lounge: Reduced opening hours.


Masks required at all times and all public spaces.

Restaurant: Open. Breakfast: a la carte (until further notice) from 7:00AM to 10:00AM. Lunch - dinner: from 12:00PM to 11:00PM.
Lobby bar: Open, from 10:00AM to 11:00PM.
Pool bar: Open, limited service.
Room Service: 24 hours, contactless service. The order will be prepared and covered with film plastic. Silverware individually packed. The order will be delivered at the door and the associate will not enter the room.
Sheraton Club: Open from 7:00AM to 8:00PM. Restricted services.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
