Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing,floor marks, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via QR menu.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities
Disinfectant wipes, antibacterial gel and mask are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times. up to 30% occupancy. If you would like to use the Gym please refer to the Front Desk to book your space, the gym is allowed to be used by one guest at a time for 1 hour max.
  • Pool: Open, masks required at all times. up to 30% occupancy. Refer to the Front Desk to get a tower
  • Kids Club / Playground: Closed until further notice
  • External Shuttle Service: Operating on Normal Schedule,
  • Lounges & Great Room: Closed until further notice

We have relocate the spaces in our condimento restaurant up to 50% occupancy, to follow cleaning and social distancing protocol and the latest guidance from these agencies as well as local health authorities.

 

Hours of service have been reduced at the hotel to follow guidelines set by the local authorities.

 

Condimento restaurant is open from 06:30 - 20:00 hours. Room service remains 24 hours service; To follow cleaning and social distancing protocol during these times, Room Service will be retail packaged and dropped off at your door.

 

It is mandatory for guest to wear mask all the time in all public spaces.
