Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Our public spaces are equipped with the necessary signage which guides our guests about the social distancing and you will be entertained in the restaurant with reduced seating capacity in compliance with local and state mandates.

We have redesigned the overall upkeep & cleaning procedures to ensure contactless experiences at the public spaces. We have installed dedicated sanitizing stations for the keycard, stationaries, guest luggage, etc.

We have left no stone unturned to ensure the contactless journey for you throughout your stay with us.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All our staff members are equipped with PPE kit (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) and strictly following. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayer & disinfectants in all the public areas.
  • Room Amenities: We have considered removing the dry amenities and it is available on request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Pool: Closed until further notice.
  • Spa: Open, reservation required.
  • Bar: Closed until further notice.
  • Shuttle: Available only on prior request.
  • Banquets/Meeting Rooms: The hotel is operating its meeting facilities with reduced capacity.
  • Eatery All Day Dining: Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner between 0700 hrs to 2200 hrs with reduced seating capacity.
  • Room Service: Room Service is available from 07:00 hrs. to 23:00 hrs.
  • Takeaway: The hotel has enabled digital payments and we have made our food ordering process online to ensure contactless pickup & contactless delivery.
  • Our restaurant team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves.
