      • Cancellation Policy
        Change and cancellation policies for guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including pre-paid reservations, full changes or cancellations are permitted at no charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

        Please note that this policy may not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer for more information.

        Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.

        Important Information:
         
        • Some exclusions may apply. Please refer to the property's Rate Details for applicable terms or exceptions, if any, when booking or changing reservations.
        • Reservation refunds of any kind (e.g., cash or credit voucher) may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation to be processed. The form and timing of refund may be subject to applicable laws where each hotel is located.
        • For group organizer questions on terms or conditions of group contacts, please contact the hotel.
      • Early Departure Fee
        Upon early departure, an early departure charge of one night room and applicable tax may apply.
      • Photography & Videography Policy
        No professional photography or videoography is allowed in the hotel's public areas. Exceptions include but are not limited to:
         
        • Contracted Events, Meetings and Conventions onsite when photographer/videographer with an official event authorization
        • Contracted Wedding/Commitment Ceremony & Wedding Receptions onsite when photographer/videographer with an official authorization
        • News/Media Coverage when arranged in advance, and has official press credentials are authorized
        • Nonprofessional personal photography/videography strictly used non-commercially, taken with a hand-held camera/non-professional equipment
        • Any photography devices that impede foot traffic are not allowed.
        • Gaylord National has the right to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and video
        • Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, or distributed commercially
        • All trademarks, service marks, logos, images, and facilities of Gaylord may not be used, reproduced, displayed, or distributed without written consent
        • Unauthorized professional photographers/videographers are subject to immediate expulsion from the hotel property
      • Smoke-Free Policy

      • Overview
        An exclusive amenity for resort guests, our 24/7 fitness center offers the most sophisticated fitness equipment available, including cardio equipment outfitted with personal televisions and Peleton bikes. The indoor recreation pool and sun deck, open 8 am to 10 pm offers both areas for lap swimming and family fun.

        The resort also offers a daily sunrise yoga class exclusively to resort guests.

        In warmer months the front doors of the indoor pool area open to a gorgeous outdoor sundeck with a whirlpool, kid splash zone and a pool bar.

      • Guest Access
        Guests who have booked an overnight guestroom will have unlimited access to Gaylord National Pool, yoga classes, and fitness center during operating hours, subject to availability.

        Pool facilities are for registered guests only. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior. No running on the pool deck.
      • Safety
        Lifeguards on duty at all times. Swim at your own risk. Diving is prohibited. In the event of inclement weather, guests may be asked to vacate the pool deck for their own safety. Please obey all instructions and directions from Recreation STARS (Gaylord employees).

    • Do you offer an airport shuttle?
      The resort does not offer an airport shuttle service to nearby airports. Guests may arrange for taxi or car ride app services. Once on-property, Private Car Services and Limousine/Van services are available.
    • Do you have any special offers?
      We do offer deals on overnight stays and packages. Click the link below to view current special and seasonal offers.
