The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Signage throughout the hotel to remind the guests to maintain social distancing. Every guestroom is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guests stay. Marriott Bonvoy members can use Marriott Bonvoy App to take advantage of contactless check-In/ Check-out or and guests requests.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities

In-room coffee makers are available and each room has been provided with disinfectant wipes for every arriving guest.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Airport shuttle service starts at 5:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight, last trip departing from the hotel is at 11:30pm, shuttle departs every 30 minutes). Fitness center is opened during mornings and evening hours with increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Grab & Go breakfast and lunch items are available for our guest through the gift shop.
Our restaurant, 15th & Eads, is open for breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM and for dinner from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Grab & go breakfast and lunch items are also available through the gift shop. Gift shop also offers a self served coffee machine and variety of snacks, sodas, beer & wine options.
