Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, mandatory face masks, occupancy limits in compliance with state of Virginia mandates, and partitions installed at front desk.
  • Mobile check-in and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app, allowing for a contactless experience.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including public restrooms, seating areas and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Face coverings for both staff and guests are required in all indoor public spaces.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Gift Shop: 24 hour convenience adjacent to the front desk. Refreshments, guest amenities, light snacks and microwavable meals sold.
  • Fitness Center: Available 24 hours with registered guest key access. Socially distanced and cleanliness protocols in place.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 4th night.
  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours, age restrictions, social distance modifications in place.
  • Swimming Pool: Closed
  • Concierge Lounge: Temporarily Closed
  • Gift Shop: 24 hours; Beer, wine, snacks, beverages and sundries.
  • Coffee Shop: Open Limited Hours Daily 6:30am-10:30am
  • In Room Dining: Fresh Bites Temporarily Closed. Nearby delivery and take-out options available.
