Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

We welcome guests to enjoy a memorable and safe stay in Old Town at The Alexandrian.

 

  • Be sure to download the Marriott Bonvoy app if you would like to enjoy contactless check-in and/or keyless entry.
  • We have placed signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and wear face masks from the lobby to elevators as well as the fitness center.
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions are in place in our restaurant and events spaces to comply with both Marriott and state mandates.
  • Physical distancing markers are placed on the floor to separate guests in any area where there may be a line as well as Plexiglass partitions used at all contact areas from the front desk to catering.

All employees have a daily health check and are required to wear face masks. We also have increased cleaning procedures and frequency across all public spaces of the property, adding attendants to ensure this is maintained. We supply complimentary sanitizing wipes and face masks for guests to use as well as optional housekeeping service to be scheduled based on guest request.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Our facilities are open and operating. Face masks are required in all public spaces of the hotel including the fitness center, courtyard, event space and restaurant.
Our hotel restaurant is open and operating. We supply the option of one-time-use menus or a QR code to ensure contact is limited. Our restaurant menu is also available for take-out via the app ChowNow.
