Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotel in the public spaces and elevator landings remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities. Partitions installed at front desks, restrooms, and food and beverage service areas and distanced seating in our lobby level restaurant also invite guests to social distance.

Mobile check-in, mobile-key and web-based check-in are available to guests. Amenity requests and in-room dining orders are available by calling the guest and through mobile chat. These items can be picked up at the front desk, in disposable packaging.

No valet service is currently available for parking; guest self parking is available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning by our designated Clean Team: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear Renaissance branded face masks and shields based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in all public spaces.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers remain in the guest rooms with individually packaged coffee and condiments.
  • Disinfectant Gel: Available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 6AM to 10PM: face masks required at all times.
  • B+F Lounge: Open based on hotel occupancy: face masks required.
  • Liberty Market: Open nightly: 3PM to 9PM.
Mobile dining is currently not available; guests may order through calling the front desk and or coming to the lobby bar or lobby level grab n go market. All food items are packaged to go; limited seating that has been spaced to allow for social distancing is available in the lobby. MIXX lobby lounge is open based on hotel occupancy. Liberty Market is open nightly from 3PM to 9PM.

Starbucks is also available on the lobby level.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed. 
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
