Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, masks must be worn inside the public spaces in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

Mobile check-in and service requests are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

All transactions will need to be either credit card or debit card. We will not be accepting cash transactions.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests must wear personal face coverings.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. All books and magazines as well as glassware have been removed from the guest rooms.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Amenity Closures: Our restaurants and room service will be closed until further notice. Please see the Front Desk for restaurant options nearby.
  • Fitness Center: Open 6:00am- 8:00pm.
  • Pool: Following DC Regulations, the pool is currently closed.
  • Parking: Valet parking will no longer be available. Self-Parking is located to the right of the main entrance off of 24th street. In the garage parking is permitted on P2 & P3 in the red sections. Please note that P3 does not have elevator access. Parking is $48/night.
  • Housekeeping Service: In order to limit people within your room, Housekeeping Service will be provided only upon request. Please call the front desk prior to 12noon to request service for that same day. We are happy to refresh towels and trash at any time during your stay.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
