Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Our local Maryland state government requires face coverings and social distancing. Public space tables and seating has been adjusted to allow for proper social distancing and additional trash cans and hand sanitizer stations are available for guest use. Signage has been placed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and partitions are installed at front desk.

Food and Beverage outlets - The Bench, Fresh Bites, Concierge Lounge & Mobile Dining are all currently unavailable. Restaurant options are available around the RIO Lakefront, for your convenience, follow the link attached for more details www.riolakefront.com

Our Fitness Center is open 24 hrs with a max capacity of 8 guest at each time, in order to maintain social distancing.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Social Distancing Practices. You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Effective July 27 guests are required to wear face coverings in indoor public spaces.
Guest Rooms. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest with hospital graded chemicals. In addition each room is left unoccupied for a minimum of 24 hours between each guest. All guests will be automatically enrolled in Make a Green Choice, to minimize personal interaction. If your stay is more than 7 days, we will service your room at a time that must be scheduled with the hotel in advance.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Starbucks: Saturday & Sunday 7am-12noon, Monday through Friday 6:30am-10am

If you pick up food and beverage at a near by restaurant you are welcome to dine in our Restaurant or Patio.
