Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our F&B outlets in compliance with local and state mandates. A limited number of guests are permitted in the elevators.
In keeping with Marriott’s Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.

Housekeeping service is provided daily within individually specified hours.
Complimentary masks & hand-sanitizers are available in each room upon arrival.
We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.
The hotel limousines are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
Staff members will wear face coverings based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Gym: Open every day 24 hours.
Bristol Spa: Open every day from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Swimming pool: Open
M&E venues: We provide you with a safe environment complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.


We have also introduced early check-in and late check-out charges.
The fee is fixed 70zł + 8% for each hour.
In case of late check-out, a fee is charged for each hour from 12:00 to 18:00, and after 18:00 we charge for the full day.
In case of early check-in, the fee is charged from 09:00 - 15:00.

In-room dining menu is available from 7:00 - 23:00 to all hotel guests.
