Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits in elevators, as well as occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks, concierge and food and beverage outlets.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours, guests are asked to continue to wear a mask in the athletic club facility only if unvaccinated
  • Spa: Open 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily, reservation required, guests are asked to continue to wear a mask in the spa facility if unvaccinated, or if preferred for client comfort, contactless payment options available
  • Pool and Hot Tubs: Open 6a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Steam Rooms and Sauna: Open
  • Shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek: Operating on Normal Schedule.
  • Lookout Lobby Bar: Open daily from noon - 9:00 p.m. for food service & from noon - 10 p.m. for bar service.
  • Starbucks: Open daily from 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • The Riverfront Market: Open daily from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Maya: Open for breakfast, happy hour and dinner daily - closed during lunchtime
  • Lookout Lobby Bar: Open daily from noon - 9:00 p.m. for food service & from noon - 10 p.m. for bar service. Menus available via QR code and on RiverfrontDining.com.
  • Starbucks: Open daily from 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
