The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

The proper use of masks/face coverings is mandatory in all public areas of the hotel by guests and employees. In addition, Eagle County requires all guests and employees to maintain 6 feet of social distance.


Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available in the App Store and Google Play) to take full advantage of our "Contact Lite" service options, including: Mobile Check-In, Mobile Check-Out, Mobile Key, Chat and Guest Requests.


To utilize Mobile Check-In, follow the steps below.


1. Book your reservation directly through the Marriott Bonvoy App, Marriott.com, or by calling one of our reservation centers with your Marriott Bonvoy Member Number.

2. You will receive a Check-In Notification on your mobile device the day before your arrival date.

3. Tap the notification on your device

4. Tap "Check In"

5. Choose your desired arrival time

6. Select any applicable options you wish to request

7. Tap the "Get a Mobile Key" toggle if you would like a Mobile Key

8. Tap "Confirm Check In"

9. Review your Check-In Details and tap "Done". Please allow up to two hours to process your Mobile Check-In.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, stairways and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Housekeeping Services: To minimize contact, housekeeping services will only be provided upon your request. If you would like to request service, please notify us the day before you require service. This service will NOT be a full cleaning of rooms, but a refresh. The Refresh Service includes replacing trash and towels, making beds with current linens, tidy up of overall room and sanitizing of high touch areas. Full service options are available for extended stays.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times. Open 24 Hours
  • Well & Being Spa: Open, reservations required. Monday - Thursday, 10:00am - 4:00pm & Friday - Sunday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Pool & Hot Tubs: Open, reservations required. 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Vail Sports: Open, masks required at all times. 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • The Adventure Locker: Open, reserve at the Front Desk.
  • Vail Mountain: Open, mountain reservations required.

We are committed to making our property's amenities available to you while complying with local regulations. Please note these modifications:


  • Barista: Proudly serving Starbucks Coffee and Grab and Go breakfast. 6:30am - 5:00pm
  • Avalanche Pub: Open for dine-in and take-out. OpenTable Reservations required. 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • First Chair: Open for dine-in and take-out. OpenTable Reservations required. 6:30am - 2:00pm
  • Gore Range Pizza: Offering take-out and guest room delivery. 11:00am - 11:00pm
  • In-Room Dining: Open for delivery. 6:00am - 11:00pm
  • To-Go Drinks: Takeout alcohol is available from the Avalanche Pub. Enjoy your cocktail on hotel property, at the resort pool, or carry your sealed can with you to designated drinking areas located in the Lionshead and Vail Villages.
