The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Delta Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront Hotel wants to ensure your experience with us exceeds your expectations. We have signage located throughout the hotel to remind all guests to maintain social distancing, along with floor markings for additional information. Occupancy and seating capacity regulations are in place in our Outlets and conference centre in compliance with local and provincial guidelines. Partitions are in place at our front desk for your safety during interactions.


Mobile check-in is available with your Marriott Bonvoy app. Upon arrival you will receive your sanitized key card from one of our Guest Service Agents.


Services in our Health Club and Indoor Pool have been adjusted to accommodate hotel guests with a reduced occupancy in place to support social distancing.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and lobby as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the property. Additional waste bins have been provided for items to be discarded including sanitizing wipes available at check in.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear appropriate PPE based on the activities they are performing and based on direction from our local health unit. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings upon entering the hotel and when present in public areas.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Indoor Pool: Open and available with reduced capacity, vaccination passport required for entry.
Boardwalk: Open and available for daily enjoyment.

View Restaurant + Bar: Open daily, following local regulations, vaccination passport required for entry. Face coverings required upon entry and exit of the outlet. View Restaurant options also available through Uber Eats and Skip the Dishes for local clientele. Take out available daily. In Room Dining currently unavailable until further notice.

Starbucks Cafe: Open daily, following local regulations, vaccination passport required to utilize seating area, face coverings required.

Fluid Boardwalk Patio + Grill: Open May through September.
