Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with provincial guidance. HALO Bar I Bistro has additional measures in place to ensure staff stay 2 meters away from guests. Partitions have been installed at Reception, and mask use is mandatory in public spaces.

The pool is limited to 12 people at a time, with a maximum of two cohorts of 6 people per cohort. The gym is open with a maximum of 3 guests at a time and equipment has been adjusted to assure social distancing.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Mobile Dining is also available.

No valet service is currently available for parking. The shuttle is not available. Stayover service is available by request only.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and HALO Bar | Bistro as well as we have provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear face coverings at all times. Face coverings that fit over the mouth and nose are mandatory in the hotel public spaces and the airport at all times. Masks are available for purchase in the hotel gift shop.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. We have removed all non-single use paper items from the rooms.
  • Employee Access to Guest Rooms: We will not access occupied guest rooms with guests present in them. Stayover housekeeping service is only provided upon request.
  • In Room Dining and Amenity Delivery: We utilize the "ding dong dash" method of room delivery. Food, beverage or requested items will be placed outside the room and the doorbell rung. Our staff will wait from a safe distance until the items have been picked up.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Club Lounge: Open with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Food service has been suspended. Face masks are required.
  • Fitness Centre: Open 24 hours. Face masks are not required while exercising.
  • Hotel Shuttle: Not available until further notice.
  • Pool: Open, maximum 12 guests at a time, maximum 2 cohorts of 6 people each, face masks are required.
  • In Room Dining / Mobile Dining: Available 24 hours. We utilize the "ding, dong, ditch" method of delivery.
  • HALO Bistro: Open from 7am until 11am for a la carte breakfast. Face masks are required for entry, not required while eating or drinking. Maximum 6 guests per party. All parties are kept 2 meters apart and tables and chairs have been removed to facilitate social distancing. Staff are kept 2 meters from guests at all times.
  • HALO Bar: Open from 11am until 11pm for a la carte dining and full bar service. Face masks are required for entry, not required while eating or drinking. Maximum 6 guests per party. All parties are kept 2 meters apart and tables and chairs have been removed to facilitate social distancing. Staff are kept 2 meters from guests at all times. Takeout is available.
