The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage is in place to remind guests to socially distance while waiting in line. Partitions have been installed at Reception, and mask use is mandatory in public spaces.

A distance of 3m per guest is encouraged while using our pool and fitness areas.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Mobile Dining is also available.

No valet service is currently available for parking. The shuttle is not available. Stayover service is available by request only.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and HALO Bar | Bistro as well as we have provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear face coverings at all times. Face coverings that fit over the mouth and nose are mandatory in the hotel public spaces and the airport at all times. Masks are available for purchase in the hotel gift shop.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. We have removed all non-single use paper items from the rooms.
  • Employee Access to Guest Rooms: We will not access occupied guest rooms with guests present in them. Stayover housekeeping service is only provided upon request.
  • In Room Dining and Amenity Delivery: We utilize the "ding dong dash" method of room delivery. Food, beverage or requested items will be placed outside the room and the doorbell rung. Our staff will wait from a safe distance until the items have been picked up.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Club Lounge: Open with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Food service is available mornings and evenings Monday through Friday, service hours are subject to change due to statutory holidays. Face masks are required.
  • Hotel Shuttle: Not available until further notice.
  • Pool and Fitness area is open with no restrictions but encouragement to socially distance while sharing the space.
  • All food and beverage outlets are open for regular hours.
  • In Room Dining / Mobile Dining: Available 24 hours. We utilize the "ding, dong, ditch" method of delivery.
  • HALO Bistro: Open 7am-11am Monday-Friday and 7am-2pm Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Take Out is also available.
  • HALO Bar: Open 11am-11pm Daily. Last call is at 10pm. Take Out is also available.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
