Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.  We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, elevator occupancy limits and that face masks are required in the public spaces.
  • Partitions installed at the front desk.
  • Hand sanitizer stations in all public spaces and guest room elevator lobbies.
  • Reduced occupancy in the fitness center with every second piece of equipment closed off.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please contact the front desk to schedule service. We ask that guests leave the room while housekeeping is servicing the room.
  • Room Amenities: like in-room coffee makers are available on request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Riverside Bistro is open with reduced hours, Monday to Thursday, 12:00 - 17:30 (last seating) and Friday to Sunday 12:00 - 20:30 (last seating).

Fitness Center is open 07:00 - 21:00 daily with a 3 guest occupancy limit.

The Market is open 24/7, items can be paid for at the front desk.
Riverside Bistro is open reduced hours, Monday to Thursday, 12:00 - 17:30 (last seating) and Friday to Sunday, 12:00 - 20:30 (last seating).

Breakfast items are available through The Market and items can be paid for at the front desk.
