Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
We are committed to making some amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. At this time Fitness Center will operate its regular hours. Fitness Centre Equipment has been spaced out to allow for physical distancing. The Food & Beverage facilities remain open following physically distance guidelines and capacity seating reductions to comply with local and provincial mandates. In-Room Dinning orders are delivered right to your door following a contactless "knock-and-go" experience.

At this time the hotel will offer only self-serve parking options on your arrival. Self-parking ($35/night) is available at the West Parkade located next to the front entrance of the hotel. Self-parking is on a first-come first-served basis and is valid until 4pm on check out day. For pickup trucks and large SUVs over 6ft 2in height, we have Oversize spaces available for $45/night.

MARRIOTT BONVOY APP
Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
• Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room using Mobile Key.
• Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

COMMITMENT TO CLEAN
We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like elevators, lobby, guest landing areas and have provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices. You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings based upon guidelines from state and local health authorities.
  • Guest Rooms. Every guest room is thoroughly deep cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. Should your stay exceed more than a night, housekeeping service will be provided only on request and all housekeeping services will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible. For your convenience a PPE Welcome Kit is provided in your guest room. Nonessential items such as magazines, ice buckets, and coffee makers have been removed and area available on request. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk
  • Fitness Facilities. We have increased the cleaning equipment every 2 hours and have re-positioned equipment to accommodate social distancing.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Hotel Associates promote a contactless experience at all times. Cleaning of table, chair arms, chair backs, table tops are cleaned after every guest use. The entire Restaurant is cleaned, disinfected, after every meal period. In-room dining orders follow contactless "knock-and-go" delivery. The food preparation areas are cleaned and sanitized every two hours, food preparation associates wear gloves and facemasks at all times, and gloves are changed after every task.
