Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet Parking is available. Touch points within the vehicle are disinfected when our associate enters and when our associate brings the vehicle back.
Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will provide housekeeping services every 72 hours. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time. All requests can be made via the Marriott Bonvoy App.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities
• In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
• Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

Spa by JW will be open beginning October 9: Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 10:00 - 5:00pm.

 

Archetype Fitness will be open 7 days a week - same as prior.

  • Monday to Friday: 06:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Executive Lounge is open.

In Room Dining will be 6:00am to 10:00am and 5:00pm to 11:00pm Monday - Friday and 7:00am - 11:00am and 5:00pm - 11:00pm Saturday/Sunday

Braven: Open 7 days a week for dinner 5:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Private dining rooms are available for lunch bookings at Braven

The Lobby Bar: 7 days a week for bar service - 11:00am - 10:00pm

Kindred: Open 7 days a week
  • Breakfast - 6:30am - 11:00am
  • Lunch- 11:30am- 2:30pm
  • Grab & Go- 11:30am- 2:30pm

Alchemy will be opening beginning October 16 on Fridays & Saturday - 5:00pm- 1:00am

The hotel has undergone extensive adjustment to ensure we are complying with social distancing as well as enhanced cleanliness protocols. The Hotel has installed plexiglass on all buffet stations and are now offering attendants at each station to ensure proper handling of utensils.

Floor plans are also available for a variety of meeting rooms and set ups which strictly adhere to current social distancing guidelines.

Further, from our experience as being one of two professional hockey HUB Cities, we have a variety of meeting solutions available for quote that include APP based symptom checking, integrated temperature readings as well as privately accommodated testing to ensure your guests feel comfortable throughout the conference or event.
