Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
For the comfort and safety of our guests and associates, the following are in place:

Social distancing guidelines must be followed per the Nova Scotia provincial health guidelines. Signage and queue marks have been placed throughout the public spaces.

Partitions have been placed at front desk and food and beverage service lines.

Face masks must be worn in all indoor public spaces as per Nova Scotia provincial heath guidelines. Face masks do not have to be worn while seated in our F&B outlets or while utilizing the gym and pool facilities.

Access to our wellness center (pool and gym) is for hotel guests only. All guests utilizing the facilities must register at the front desk for their chosen time slot. Registration can be completed during or after check in. Occupancy and time limits are in place for these facilities.

Mobile check in, mobile key and mobile request services are available via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Hospital grade air filters are in place within public spaces.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

In room and Housekeeping services: All F&B and Housekeeping requests will be delivered contactless to the guest room door while maintaining social distancing. Housekeeping service will be limited during the guest stay but service can be requested via the front desk.

Guest robes will be available in limited quantities only.

Disinfectant alcohol wipes are available to guests in their rooms.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Pitch and Pivot Restaurant and Bar, Room Service & Starbucks: Open for breakfast and dinner. Face masks required when entering and leaving the outlet space but not when seated.

Gym: Open, face masks required when entering and leaving the space but not while using the facility.

Pool: Open, face masks required when entering and leaving the space but not while using the facility.

Elite Pantry: Closed until further notice.

Meeting rooms: Open, face masks required in all indoor public spaces.
Pitch & Pivot Restaurant and Social Room: Open with limited hours of operations. Currently open from 7am to 12pm and 5pm to 9pm.
Room Service: Open with limited hours of operations. Currently open from 7am to 12pm and 5pm to 9pm.
Starbucks Grab & Go: Open with limited hours of operations. Currently open from 7am to 12pm and 5pm to 9pm.

Restaurant facilities have reduced seating to allow for social distancing. All high contact areas including, tables and chairs are disinfected and sanitized before and after every guest use or every 30 minutes. Take away and contactless room delivery are also available.

Sanitization stations are set up within the restaurant space. Partitions have also been placed in Starbucks service lines.

Disposable menus are in use.

All F&B service staff will be required to wear the appropriate PPE and have been thoroughly trained in safe handling of food and beverage. All kitchen staff will be required to wear the appropriate PPE and are certified in safe food preparation, handling and cleanliness.

Mobile dining and buffets are currently not available.
