Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain physical distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurant and banquets in compliance with local mandates. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, fitness center, pool area and provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also required to wear facial coverings while in all public areas. If required face masks available at guest services.
  • Room Amenities: We have removed all paper stationary in guest rooms to minimize risk. We provide a sealed cover for the TV remote and provided disinfectant wipes in all guest rooms. Additional disinfectant wipes are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your guest arrival. We are not currently entering guest rooms for any housekeeping services. Additional amenities are available upon request and will be delivered contact-less to your guest room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Pool and Fitness Center: Open, scheduled times are required as well as masks for entry
  • Bar and Restaurant: Open, masks required while in food and beverage venues
  • In room dinning: Available 24 hours with limited food offerings
Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in our Hotel bar and restaurant, hours may vary. Breakfast buffet not available at this time however a la carte menu will be provided instead. In room dining options available 24 hours per day with limited menu options. All in room dining deliveries provided contact-less. In accordance with the public health order our food and beverage venues have been modified to accommodate 6 feet physical distancing. Patrons and staff required to wear facial coverings while in food and beverage venues. Table services only provided. Contact-less curbside pick up options available.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
