The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

  • Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and provincial mandates

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have noticeably made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Daily housekeeping service is based on request and please let us know upon check in. Please note we will work around your schedule to ensure you are not in the room when our team is cleaning. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.


Effective July 29, 2021 Interior Health and our Provincial Health Office have made indoor masks mandatory until further notice. Masks must be worn indoors in all public areas.

Room Amenities:

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • Individually wrapped coffee cups and supplies
  • We have removed all paper products from rooms, including newspaper delivery. Guests can access over 7000+ publications online through the complimentary PressReader Application.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours, by appointment only. Sessions are 60 minutes. Based on one occupied room only.
  • Pool & Hot Tub: Open daily 7 am to 10pm, by appointment, maximum of eight (8) guests allowed, masks required when not swimming. Sessions are 60 minutes.
  • Waterslide: Closed
  • Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule (24 hours daily), maximum 5 guests, masks required, by appointment.

Gulfstream Restaurant and Lounge: Open for dining, patio seating and take out service. Hours of operation are 6:30 am to 9 pm daily.


  • 6 people maximum per table
  • Reservations recommended
  • Outdoor patio seating available - weather permitting
  • Patio is equipped with heaters and restaurant to provide blankets (washed after every use)
  • Menus can be accessed via the QR codes or can be provided. Single use menus available upon request.

  • Reduced capacity and tables spaced out for physical distancing compliance
  • Consistent and frequent disinfecting of all high-touch items, including credit/debit card terminals.

  • Available daily based on hours of operation above. QR codes for menus are located inside guest rooms. Contactless delivery.
