The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
ARRIVAL experience includes reduced physical interaction and the addition of partitions and contactless transactions at the Front Desk.

LOBBY seating has been reduced and spaced to encourage physical distancing, deep cleaning occurs every hour.

SIGNAGE is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain physical distancing, that appropriate face coverings are required, and occupancy limits for elevators.

VALET PARKING is currently not available.

MARRIOTT BONVOY™ mobile app is available for check-in/check-out, service requests, and NEW Mobile Key, which allows you to use your mobile device as a key to your room.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guestrooms. These include:

PUBLIC SPACE cleaning and disinfection frequency has been increased, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the Hotel.

ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER is being utilized with hospital-grade disinfectant.

GUESTROOMS are not entered by housekeeping (unless requested or necessary) during stays and all linen changes & amenity top ups will be left in bags at the door. Departed rooms will sit vacant for 48 hours before undergoing enhanced cleaning protocols. Many non-essential items have been removed and disinfectant wipes are placed in rooms.

STAFF members are all wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (e.g. face coverings, gloves) and back of house spaces will adhere to the same cleaning guidelines and distancing measures as public spaces.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping unless specifically requested. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences and when the room is vacant.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing physical distancing. The modifications we have made include:

FITNESS CENTRE/POOL: Open daily with reduced capacity, some equipment, poolside furniture, and free weights have been removed to allow physical distancing, and enhanced cleaning measures are in place. Valid proof of vaccination require to enter.

KIDS & TEENS ROOMS: Closed until further notice.

CONCIERGE LOUNGE: Closed until further notice.

MEETING ROOMS: Revised capacities and set-ups to adhere to physical distancing and Provincial gathering restrictions. Group catering is available. Additional cleaning measures and service adjustments are in place. Valid proof of vaccination require to enter.

VALET PARKING is currently not available.

STARBUCKS: Open daily from 7:00 - 17:00. Limited seating, line-up control and distancing measures in place, and partitions at order desk.

ROOM SERVICE: Open daily from 7:00 - 22:00

SPIN KITCHEN & BAR: Indoor dining open daily for breakfast from 7:00 - 11:00 and for dinner 16:00 - 22:00. Physical distancing required between tables and additional service measures in place due to current Provincial restrictions. Valid proof of vaccination require to enter.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
