Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout the resort, indoors and outdoors, to direct guests and remind them of social distancing and occupancy limits in compliance with government guidelines.

All associates are required to pass a screening and temperature check on arrival at work. Every team member has received training specifically related to the Marriott Commitment to Cleanliness. Handwashing is mandatory, every twenty minutes for twenty secones.

Partitions have been installed at Guest Reception.

Mobile check-in and mobile key are available.

Service requests can be delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

Valet parking service is currently not available.

Sports equipment is sanitized between uses. Pool chairs and cabanas have been rearranged for distancing purposes.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices through the resort and in guest rooms, for example:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning, particularly in areas with high traffic including lobby, restrooms and elevators.

Additional hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. To respect the safety of our guests and our associates by minimizing the time spent in your room, daily housekeeping service has been modified. We will remake the bed using existing linens, replace towels left in the tub, replenish amenities as needed, provide a thorough disinfection of all high touch areas in the room, and remove any large soils or stains. Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us and if you would like our Housekeeping team to not enter your room for daily service, please let our guest services team know. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 7th night.
Masks are required in all indoor public areas at all times, according to provincial legislation.

Beach, pools and Fitness Centre are open. Resort shuttles are golf carts (guest shuttle in closed vehicle is available on request. Masks must be work inside vehicle)
All restaurants are open: Cottages all day dining and patio, Lakes lobby lounge, Teca simply Italian, Muskoka Chophouse and The Deck poolside bistro. Outdoor dining is weather permitting. Take-out and room delivery options are available.
