In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices (updated spelling) throughout our property and in guest rooms which includes enhanced public space cleaning. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevator, luggage carts as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
We recognize that you may prefer no entry to your guestroom in which case extra amenities can be arranged by dialing "0" from your guest phone or using the Marriott Bonvoy App and we'd be happy to arrange contact-less delivery or pick up.
Unless you chose to ‘opt out', for stays longer than 2 nights, we will provide a guestroom ‘Refresh' every second day. Trash and recycling are removed, bed is made, amenities (coffee, tea, etc.) are replenished, bathroom amenities are checked and replenished as needed, terry is replaced if on floor or visibly soiled, dishes placed in dishwasher and ran if more than half full, replenish kitchen supplies and terry as needed.
For longer stays (7+ nights), whether you opt in for the ‘Refresh' service or not, a full cleaning service including linen change will automatically be provided on every seventh day.
