Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits in the pool, fitness center and meeting space in compliance with local mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, luggage carts as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and as mandated by the local authorities. As of July 13, 2020, guests are also required to wear a face covering in all indoor publically accessible spaces, as also mandated by the local authorities (age and medical exemptions apply.)
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

To minimize contact, extra amenities and/or garbage pick-up can be arranged by dialing "0" from your guest phone or using the Marriott Bonvoy App and we'd be happy to arrange contact-less delivery or pick up. Should you prefer to receive stayover service, this may be arranged prior to your arrival or at check-in. A light housekeeping service will be provided at a pre-established time that is convenient for you to be out of the guest room.

For longer stays (7+ nights), whether you opt for light housekeeping service or no service, a full cleaning service will automatically be provided on every eighth day.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, limited to 2 guests at a time and maximum of 60 minutes per visit. Masks required at all times while using the Fitness Centre.
  • Indoor Pool: Open, limited to 10 guests at a time and maximum of 60 minutes per visit. Masks required on pool deck.
  • Whirlpool: Closed until further notice.

We are pleased to provide a hosted ‘Grab and Go' breakfast (including coffee and tea service), available 6:30 to 9:30am weekdays and 7:00 to 10:00am weekends. Please take your breakfast back to your guestroom to enjoy.
