Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage exists throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits in elevators and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with provincial mandates. Partitions are installed at front desks
Mobile check-in , service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy App.
Wearing of facial covering ( masks) are mandatory in the province of Quebec in all public spaces throughout the hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Staff members will wear PPE: (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces in the province of Quebec.


Guests can request contactless delivery of all guestroom amenities including irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, ice.
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Our fitness center is temporarily closed. Our lounge is currently closed
Our restaurant is offering a la carte service only, for breakfast only. Open Monday thru Friday - 6:30 am - 9:30 am Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am - 10:00 am. Take out option is available as well as contactless room delivery upon request.
