Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Provide communication on protocols in Front of House and Back of House, clearly identifying expectations for associate and guest actions and requirements. Promoting social distancing in public spaces (lobby, elevator, restrooms, etc.), meetings and events (room sets, layouts, guest flow, etc.), and F&B outlets (seating, queueing, etc.) ​by using adequate signage. No Valet service is currently provided . Masks are mandatory for associates and guests in the public areas. No Room Service and Stay over services are currently available. Housekeeping refreshment items will be delivered to the door upon request.

Increased frequency of cleaning in Public Areas and High Touch Areas. Sanitizer dispensers are available in all High traffic areas. Plexi Glass barrier is installed at Front Desk .Associates have access to appropriate Personal Protection Equipment like Masks , Gloves and Eye Protection. Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Pool: Swimming pool, hot tub and waterslide are open (max. of 30 guests). One hour swim times to be booked upon arrival.

Braxton Restaurant and Bar open. Tables are socially distanced , No seating at the Bar, Directional arrows to control guest flow. All associates are required to wear masks. Sanitizer station at Restaurant entry. All tables are sanitized in between use. One use menus
