Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:


  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits.
  • Partitions have been installed at Front Desks.
  • Hotel guest elevator is limited to 3 guests at a time or to members of the same family. The parking elevator is limited to 1 guest or to members of the same family.
  • The hotel team has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, with emphasis on high traffic areas such as elevators, lobby, and public washrooms. Hand sanitization stations can be found throughout the hotel with signage to encourage usage.
  • The use of face masks is mandatory for all guests and associates; face masks and PPE kits can be provided free of charge to guests upon request.
  • Mobile check-in and key via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Temporary suspension of in-room dining and restaurant services.
  • Valet parking is currently not available.
  • Due to government regulations, the fitness center and sauna will be unavailable.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice.
  • Sauna: Closed until further notice.
  • M Club: Closed until further notice.
  • Restaurant: Closed for a complete transformation. opening February 2021.
  • Bar: Closed for a complete transformation. opening February 2021.
  • In-Room Dining: Unavailable until further notice.
  • Parking: For your safety, only indoor self-parking is available.

The hotel is very excited to share that a complete transformation of the dining room and bar area is underway.
