The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:


  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits.
  • Partitions have been installed at Front Desks.
  • Hotel guest elevator is limited to 3 guests at a time or to members of the same family. The parking elevator is limited to 1 guest or to members of the same family.
  • The hotel team has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, with emphasis on high traffic areas such as elevators, lobby, and public washrooms. Hand sanitization stations can be found throughout the hotel with signage to encourage usage.
  • The use of face masks is mandatory for all guests and associates; face masks and PPE kits can be provided free of charge to guests upon request.
  • Mobile check-in and key via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet parking is currently not available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Opened daily from 6am to 10pm. Please note that capacity and hours may be limited in accordance with local health measures.
  • Sauna: Closed until further notice.
  • M Club: Closed until further notice.
  • Restaurant: Opened daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please note that capacity and hours may be limited in accordance with local health measures.
  • Bar: Opened daily from 5 pm to 11 pm. Please note that capacity and hours may be limited in accordance with local health measures.
  • In-Room Dining: Temporarily unavailable until further notice. 
  • Parking: Indoor self- parking at Marriott/Place du Canada. Extra fee.

The hotel is very excited offer you a brand new dining experience. Our newly opened restaurant-bar LLOYD is directly accessible from the lobby of the hotel. The restaurant is currently opened for breakfast , lunch and dinner and the bar is opened daily. Please note that capacity and hours may be limited in accordance with local measures.
