Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:


  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions have been installed at Front Desks lines
  • Mobile check-in and, service requests, delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No bellman service is currently available.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking
  • Masks or face coverings are mandatory in all public indoor spaces for associates and guests (lobby, elevators, hallways, etc)
  • Hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the hotel and guest spaces
  • Maximum capacity in guest elevators of 2 persons or one family at a time

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, escalators and staircases as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear face covering in all public indoor areas as well. PPE kit available to guests for purchase at Front Desk (may include: mask, hand sanitizer, gloves, antiseptic spray 50ml, disinfecting wipes).
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in all our public areas and high touch points such as (elevators, business center and public bathrooms).

Room Amenities. We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. And we will be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use. . Guests can request any additional items when needed, items will be left outside the door to minimize contacts between associates and guests (contactless delivery).
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.


The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Closed.
  • Restaurant & Bar: While our Restaurant and Bar remain closed at this time, a coffee shop is accessible from the hotel and is open Monday to Saturday for breakfast and lunch (8am to 3pm weekdays and 9am to 3pm Saturday). We can also recommend a variety of locations near the hotel that you can enjoy. Please see the Front Desk for more information.
  • Room Service: Closed.
  • Pool: Closed.
  • Indoor Parking: Parking remains available inside our carpark ($20+taxes) on a first come first serve basis. If you prefer an underground parking, the convention center across the street from the hotel (Palais de Congres) and offers a self-park option as well. In case of carpark overflow, staff members will accompany guest in the underground parking.
  • Dry Cleaning: Not available
  • Housekeeping Services: No daily service available.
  • Valet: Not available
