The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Face coverings are mandatory for guests in public spaces based upon guidelines from state and local health authorities.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will provide housekeeping service on demand during your stay. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours.
  • Pool: Open from 6h00 to 22h00. 
  • Corporate Club: Closed until further notice.
  • Outside relaxing area: Opened 24 hours but no service is provided outside. Orders must be taken from inside.
  • Parking: Free outdoor parking
  • Laundry Service: External Laundry service available ($)
  • Elevator Access: We are recommending only 1 family at the time per elevator.

Please note that you will need to present your proof of vaccination to access the following places: Fitness center, pool, restaurant, bar and meeting space

  • Our eco-friendly service uses biodegradable containers made from recycled materials
  • Our meal are prepared under strict guidelines with your health and security in mind
