Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Your safety is our priority. As such, we have implemented a commitment to clean and security protocol to minimize risk and ensure safety for guests and associates. Our goal is to guarantee that your stay is worry free.

Upon arrival, you will be met with hand sanitizing stations and prevention signage which are available in all public spaces. We have taken steps to ensure contactless check-in and check-out and have installed Plexiglas shields and safety floor signs at the front desk in order to respect social distancing (2 meters ⁄ 6 feet).

Furthermore, the Government of Quebec has imposed mandatory mask wearing or face covering in all public indoor venues as of July 18, 2020. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App for more contactless options, such as Mobile Check-In/Check-Out.

We consistently and frequently disinfect all high-touch items and common spaces with EPA approved hygiene products (Peroxide Multi Surface, Ecolab Inc - Peroxyde dihydrogen Solution, Oasis Pro-14 antibacterial). The guest rooms are meticulously cleaned to meet our highest Marriott hygiene standards.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
