The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local, provincial and federal mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Housekeeping services are available by request and will be scheduled in advance. As recommended by local health authorities, cleaning of guest rooms will be done when guests are not in the room. Please note that stay over service does not apply to guests in quarantine or who may have symptoms of Covid-19. Requests for services or additional in-room amenities can be made by calling Guest Experiences on your guest room phone or via Mobile Chat on the Marriott Bonvoy™ app. The hotel reserves the right to conduct wellness checks at its discretion.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Civic Hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with Dominion on Demand served to your hotel room. Each guest will receive a digital PDF of the menu to promote a touchless experience.
  • Our signature restaurant, Dominion Bar + Kitchen, has reduced seating, new safety protocols, and is open daily.
  • Prado Cafe has reduced seating, new safety protocols, and is open daily.
  • All hotel vending machines with snacks and cold beverages will have an increased frequency of cleaning and sanitization.
