Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:



  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits.


  • Seating capacity reductions in our restaurants and banquets have been implemented in compliance with local and state mandates.


  • Partitions have been installed at Front Desks, Spa, and Golf Pro Shop service lines.


  • Hydroalcoholic disinfectant gel will be provided throughout the resort.


  • The use of face masks is mandatory for all guests and associates; face masks can be provided free of charge to guests upon request.


  • There will be no valet service available for parking at this time.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, gym, golf pro shop and provide more hand sanitizing stations.


  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings. We will provide face masks free of charge to the guests.


  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, In Room Dining Menu and Spa menu with a QR code information in order to minimize risks. We provide a sealed cover for the TV remote control and pen. In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule housekeeping service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:



  • Fitness Center and Pool: Open, with face masks required at all times.


  • Showcase Restaurant & Lounge: Open, with face masks required for entry.

Showcase Restaurant Hours:


  • Open for breakfast 7 days per week, 7am-10am.
  • Monday to Friday Showcase is open 7am-10am and 12pm-7pm.
  • We will be closed for Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Sundays.


All staff members are required to wear face masks and tables have been rearranged to ensure 6ft (2m) between tables. The restaurant is not permitted to have groups larger than 6 guests at a time. Tables and chairs are sanitized between seatings.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
