Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 2 Meters (6 feet) apart.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, entrances, front desks and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. Effective July 27 guests are required to wear face coverings in indoor public spaces.
  • Amenities: We have removed in-room amenities such as iron and ironing boards, bathrobes and minibar contents so as to provide the most hygienic experience in your guestroom. Should you enjoy or require any of these items, they are available upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Overall Operations: The first phase of opening for Parq Vancouver is the JW Marriott. The other amenities will resume later in July.


IRD: Take Out options available through Mobile Dining.


Executive Lounge: Temporarily closed.


Spa by JW: Open Friday - Sunday, 10am - 6pm.

 

  • Fitness Centre: Open Monday - Friday: 6am - 10am & 3pm - 7pm, Saturday: 9am-7pm.
  • Reservations are required and can be made at the Front Desk.
  • Aqua Lounge Terrace: Open Daily, 9am - 7pm

 

Shuttle: Service will resume on reopening of the Casino operations.


Parking: We are currently offering self-parking, please register your vehicle with the front desk.

  • Honey Salt Vancouver: Open daily from 7am to 10pm.
  • All other onsite restaurants are temporarily closed.
  • In-Room Dining Take Out options are available through Mobile Dining.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
