Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage and floor decals throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and partitions installed at front desk.
  • Sanitization stations throughout the hotel and at every elevator entrance.
  • Mobile check-in, service requests, and assistance available through our Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Masks and temperature checks are mandatory for associates in all areas of the hotel.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. And we will be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.


Personal Protective Equipment: Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.


Enhanced Cleaning: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, sanitizing wipes available.
Spa: Open, reservation required.
Garden Court Café: Open
Stovin's Lounge: Open
Pool, Whirlpool and Sauna: Open 7am to 9pm for general admission, adult swim from 9pm to 10pm.

Pool for registered guests only. 

  • Garden Court Café, open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Stovin's Lounge, open Thursday to Saturday from 5:00 PM to 09:00 PM
  • Patio @ Bess Gardens, open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
