The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, you will notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.


These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Enhanced Guestroom Cleaning: Every guestroom is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival, attention to high touch areas and items. During your stay, we provide you with three choices of housekeeping services:
    • No service, Tidy/Refresh (empty trash, refresh of towels and amenities if required) and Full Clean.
  • Fitness Center: Open, Masks are Optional
  • Pool & Waterslide: RiverCountry Waterpark is fully open - No time or capacity restrictions! Enhanced cleaning and safety measures are in place. RiverCountry is exclusive to registered hotel guests and individuals that are occupying the guestroom only.
  • Sheraton Club Lounge is closed until further notice.
  • Scarlet Craft Kitchen Restaurant: Open normal hours
  • Six Twelve Lounge: Is on vacation until September 7, 2021
  • Carver's Steakhouse: Open normal hours
  • In Room Dining: Open normal hours
  • Express Stop - proudly brewing Starbucks beverages and grab and go items: Open normal hours
  • Mobile Dining: Not available
