Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.  We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our Starbucks outlet in compliance with local and provincial mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key as well as service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are mandated to wear personal face coverings as per bylaw defined by local authorities.
  • We're utilizing enhanced technologies and hospital-grade disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers, ice buckets, glasses and magazines are not currently available, but guests can request contactless delivery of any of these items. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Westin WorkOut: Including; pool, weight room and cardio room remain closed until further notice. We understand the need to maintain the everyday momentum and recharge, so feel free to connect with our Run Westin Concierge for Run schedules, recommendations or maps outlining local running and walking paths. Westin WorkOut in the comfort of your own room is possible, and you may request a basic workout set to be delivered to your room (Contactless Delivery and Upon Availability). Pack light and stay fit as we continue to offer Westin Gear Lending.
  • Leisure activity space: Operating on Normal Schedule, face masks required for entry and social distancing required.
  • Food and Beverage: Starbucks operating on Normal Schedule, face masks required for entry. Essence Restaurant is closed until further notice.
  • Meeting and Events spaces: Open, reservation required, face masks required and social distancing required.
