Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage is throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits are posted for elevators and public washrooms. We have limited capacities posted for the Westin Workout room and serenity pool. Plexi-glass partitions are installed at the front desk. Tables in Masters Lounge are placed 6' apart with a maximum of 6 people per table permitted.

Mobile check-in, mobile key, and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Room Service is available delivered to your door.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas including the restaurant. Face masks may be removed while seated and while outside on the patio.
  • Room Amenities: Single use coffee makers are available in guest rooms. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Westin Workout Room: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, face masks required at all times, limited occupancy
  • Amatista Spa: Open Sunday - Tuesday 9am-6pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday- Saturday 9am-7pm, reservation required.
  • Golf: Open, social distancing required.
  • Masters Lounge: Open for lunch and dinner only, face masks required for entry.
  • Bella Restaurant: Closed until further notice

Masters Lounge is open at the following times with drink service being offered later into the evening. Monday-Tuesday 11am-9pm, Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-9pm with both indoor and outdoor seating available.

Pre-packaged breakfasts are available for hotel guests. Orders are placed through Front Desk by 7:30pm for the following morning.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

  • Welcome Gift: Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite guests receive their choice of 1000 points per day, pre-packaged breakfast for 2 or Food and Beverage Amenity
  • Late Check-Out: Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite guests receive a late checkout until 4pm depending on availability. Gold elites recieve a late checkout until 2pm.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: All Marriott Bonvoy Members can check-in or check-out through the Bonvoy app
  • Mobile Key: All Marriott Bonvoy Members can receive a mobile key to their phone through the Bonvoy app.
  • Mobile Dining: We do not currently offer mobile dining
