The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our public areas in compliance with local and provincial mandates, and all guests and associates are required to wear a face covering in the hotel.

Mobile check-in and key, and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

24-hour Grab & Go currently available through Starbucks, and the MarketPlace. 

Fitness Centre and Indoor Pool use is available via appointment only. Appointment times can be booked with the Front Desk.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Temperature & wellness checks are conducted with all associates prior to the start of their shift. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings, as per City of Toronto regulations, while in public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arrival to utilize. Ice buckets, hair dryers and television remotes are sanitized in each room for guest use.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Westin WORKOUT® Fitness Studio: Open 7:00am - 9:00pm, 7 days per week.  45-minute time slots available.  Must reserve in advance at Front Desk. 
Indoor Pool: Open 7:00am - 9:00pm, 7 days per week.  45-minute time slots available.  Must reserve in advance at Front Desk.
Shuttle: Operating on normal schedule, please contact the hotel directly for further information.
Starbucks: Open 24/7; grab & go food options available.
Restaurants: Open for Breakfast and Dinner; please see details under "Food & Beverage Offerings".

Please note that the entrance at the front of the building is currently closed.  Please use the rear doors, or the conference doors to enter and exit the building.

Starbucks / Marketplace: Open 24hr. Limited Grab & Go Menu available. Alcoholic beverages available from 9:00am - 11:00pm. Contactless Room Service available upon request.
Atmosphere Restaurant: Open daily for Breakfast; Monday-Friday: 6:30am - 10:30am, Saturday-Sunday: 6:30am - 11:30am. 
Crosswinds Bar & Grill: Open daily for Dinner; Sunday-Wednesday: 4:00pm - 9:30pm, Thursday-Saturday: 4:00pm - 11:00pm.

All food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices.
Regular self-inspections based on food-safety standards, validated by independent audits.
All operational associates trained on enhanced sanitation guidelines, including hygiene and disinfectant practices.
New operational practices for in-room dining.
