Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.  We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

SIGNAGE
Guests are reminded of the required use of face masks, physical distancing and hand hygiene requirements through signage placed in high-traffic areas.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Social distancing and traffic flow are reinforced with floor decals throughout the hotel, and furniture has been reconfigured to facilitate a clear path of travel. Safe, contactless care is assured with protective partitions at the front desk or check-in and access your key though the Marriott Bonvoy app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

ENHANCED PUBLIC SPACE CLEANING
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and lobbies.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

HAND HYGIENE
Hand sanitization stations throughout the hotel including at entrances, front desks, elevator banks, fitness centre and meeting spaces.

ROOM AMENITIES
In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.
For your personal use, face masks and disinfecting wipes are available for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times, booked by appointment
  • Indoor Pool: Open, booked by appointment
  • Concierge Lounge: Open, face masks required for entry, food service is not available
  • Valet Service: Not available at this time
Our dining options have been reimagined to meet public health guidelines.

Starbucks Open daily 7am-7pm

Sportsnet Grill - Hours of Operation are posted at www.sportsnetgrill.ca

Room service - available as a contactless delivery option through the restaurant from 5pm-10pm

All high contact surfaces are cleaned every 2 hours and all Marriott Global Food Safety standards are followed

Restaurant is operating at a reduced occupancy serving a la carte menu items (no buffets).

Paper menus will be used and disposed of after each use. Guests are also encouraged to use the QR codes to open the menu to their phones.

Signage will be posted with direction of travel through the restaurant to promote physical distancing.

Debit and credit for payment only.

All associates will follow all public health guidelines and food safety standards in preparation and serving of all food and beverage.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.

  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
