We have also made a few adjustments to the services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Upon arrival guests will notice prominent signage throughout the hotel reminding guests of social distancing guidelines as well as elevator capacities. In addition there is signage at all entrances indicating the mandatory usage of masks for the protection of our guests as well as our associates.
  • Guests will notice that for the safety of all involved, we have installed partitions at our front desk pods, where our associates will be masked and eager to assist with your check in. Mobile check in is a viable option for those wishing to maintain social distancing and utilizing our Marriott Bonvoy mobile app allows guests a contactless option while staying in our hotel.
  • Our patio and restaurant offer tables that are 6 ft apart adhering to social distancing guidelines provided by the province. Guests must wear a mask until seated where they may remove and enjoy their meal.
  • We accept all forms of digital payment to ensure no cash is handled.
  • The hotel team has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, with emphasis on high traffic areas such as elevators, lobby and public washrooms. Hand sanitization stations can be found throughout the hotel with signage to encourage usage.
  • Our hotel rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between guests.
  • Valet parking is not currently available.
  • The pool is open 7 days a week and a sign in sheet will be required to limit the access and ensure strict adherence to the maximum occupancy.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All associates are required to wear proper PPE in all guest facing areas and as well in back of the house areas. (Gloves, face coverings) In accordance to Ontario law, guests are also required to wear face coverings when in public areas.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Social Distancing Practices: You will notice signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.

Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis; however you should need extra linen or amenities, we will gladly provide upon request. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible. All TV remote controls are covered with a fresh plastic upon arrival and a disinfectant wipe is provided.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. This will be formally introduced in September.

Pool: Our pool facilities are open and cleaned every two hours to ensure our commitment to clean standards are met.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center - closed until further notice.
  • Pool - open 7 days/ week from 8am - 9pm Sign in sheet for pool usage required for max capacity.
  • Jacuzzi - closed until further notice.
  • Concierge Lounge - closed until further notice.
  • CHAR Whiskey bar- closed until further notice.
  • SOCO roof top patio- available for private functions only. Max capacity for 100 people seated.
  • SOCO restaurant - dine in for breakfast available 7 days/week along with Grab & Go options.
  • SOCO Patio - open for lunch and dinner. Limited menus available. Reservations required.
  • SOCO Restaurant - dine in for breakfast available 7 days/week along with Grab & Go options.
  • SOCO Rooftop patio - available for private functions only with a maximum capacity of 100 people.
  • SOCO street side patio - available for lunch and dinner. Reservations are required and social distancing guidelines in effect.
  • SOCO to go - available for all day dining but pick up only. No delivery.
