Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

  • Enabling social and physical distancing practices: Increasing distance between furniture, and managing queueing areas.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Self-parking available while valet service is temporarily unavailable.
  • Hand sanitizing stations added throughout the hotel, especially in high-traffic areas. 
  • Contactless delivery for any amenity request to your room.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) at all times and follow public health and local regulations.

Guests are required wear to face coverings in hotel public space, corridors, and elevators.

Associate temperature screening at entry points.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • TV remote control is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and sealed in plastic protective sleeve for next use.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Non-essential items removed from guest rooms, but available via contactless delivery.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times, capacity reductions. Change rooms unavailable.


Pool: Open, capacity reductions.


Trios Restaurant: Temporarily Closed.


Barista: Open, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, face masks required at all times.


Grab and Go: Open, 24 hours, located in front lobby, face masks required at all times, protective barriers. Grab and Go snacks and beverage available. Must be 19 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages.

 

Concierge Lounge: Temporarily closed.
