The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

We have taken the following steps to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene:


  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning of all public areas (including the lobby, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.)
  • Elevators have new self-sanitizing buttons
  •  We have increased the number of antibacterial hand sanitizers in all public areas.
  • Our hotel staff continues to receive ongoing training for enhanced and changing operating procedures so they can correctly guide our guests in safety procedures
  • In-room housekeeping service will only be provided upon request, during your stay and guests are asked to vacate room temporarily for service
  • Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact-free delivery by contacting the Front Desk.
  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms, including use of Electrostatic sprayers
While the health and safety of our guests has always been a top priority, when you return to Courtyard Toronto/Mississauga West, you will find that we've made a number of enhancements - from offering remote check-in to new cleaning protocols for guest rooms, common areas and high-touch surfaces; along with new options for dining.

Did anything change with Checking in & out?

• "Must wear Mask" policy in effect to enter hotel - signage on doors.
• Queuing through floor decals, distance while waiting in line
• Mobile check-in option - contactless entry and payment
• Signage throughout the lobby reminding all guests about physical distancing requirements.
• Front desk has temporary physical barriers such as Plexiglas shields installed for added protection
• Multiple Hand Sanitizer Dispensers are available in the lobby and other common areas
• During check-in, guests are provided with COVID-19 information and hotel policies regarding distancing and wearing personal protective equipment.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Our fitness center & indoor pool is currently closed at this time.

Our Bistro restaurant is currently closed.

Grab ‘N Go items, microwavable dinners prepared by our Chef, Sandwiches, Salads, snacks, and beverages are available in the Market, located in the lobby, daily 24 hours.
