The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

As guests enter our hotel through our automatic sliding main doors, they will see clear signage on the requirement of wearing a face covering and to maintain/respect social distancing. Floor markings can be seen throughout our main lobby and guest elevators reminding guests to maintain a 2-meter / 6-feet distance. Throughout our public areas, hand sanitizer stations can be found including one at each guest elevator bank. Our hotel has installed Plexiglass shields in all three of our front desk pods, and all of our hotel associates are wearing PPE face masks. In addition, before the start of their work shifts, all hotel associates are given a temperature check.

Our hotel is equipped to provide contactless service through Mobile Check-In and Key technology as well as Mobile Chat for service requests. Mobile Check-Out is also available for guests upon departure. All of these service deliveries are available via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

Once checked in, in-stay housekeeping service frequency has been reduced to minimize contact.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All hotel associates will be wearing a PPE mask, and a face covering is required for all guests inside our hotel.
  • Guest Room: All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned with approved products. Inside our guest rooms, we are using single-use items whenever possible such as disposable cups instead of glasses. In addition, disinfectant wipes can be found inside all of our guest rooms for guest use. Once checked in, in-stay housekeeping service frequency has been reduced to minimize contact.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Effective September 22, 2021, the Province of Ontario has set a requirement for vaccine verification. This will be required to enjoy our pool, fitness center, restaurant (for indoor dining), and meeting facilities. We will ask you to provide proof of full vaccination, approved by Health Canada and completed 14 or more days before your visit. The proof of vaccination will need to be translated into English and have your name and date of birth. We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Draco Restaurant: Open for breakfast Monday to Friday 7am-11am and Saturday to Sunday 7am-12pm / open for dinner daily 5pm-11pm. Take-out and room service (contactless delivery) available as well. 
  • Fitness Center: Open daily, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week; reduced capacities and social distancing remains in effect.
  • Indoor Elevated Infinity Pool: Open daily 6am-11pm with reduced capacities and social distancing remains in effect.
  • Gift Shop: Open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week; individually-packaged grab & go breakfast items available.
  • M Club Lounge: Closed.
