The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Your safety is our priority. As such, we have implemented a commitment to clean and security protocol to minimize risk and ensure safety for guests and associates. Our goal is to guarantee that your stay is worry free.

Upon arrival, you will be met with hand sanitizing stations and prevention signage which are available in all public spaces. We have taken steps to ensure contactless check-in and check-out and have installed Plexiglas shields and safety floor signs at the front desk in order to respect social distancing (2 meters ⁄ 6 feet).

Furthermore, the Government of Ontario has imposed mandatory mask wearing or face covering in all public indoor venues. 

Less Contact, More Connection: Guests can use their mobile devices to check-in, unlock their room with a digital key, and send requests to our front desk via the Marriott Bonvoy™ app.


24-hour Grab & Go currently available via our Wayside Social Café. Fresh Bites room service available for delivery to your door.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and stairwells as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Temperature & wellness checks are conducted with all associates prior to the start of their shift. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings, as per City of Toronto regulations, while in public spaces.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arrival to utilize. Ice buckets, hair dryers and television remotes are sanitized then individually wrapped and place in each room for guest use.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Centre: Closed until further notice. 
Swimming Pool/Whirlpool: Closed until further notice.
Sauna/Change rooms: Closed until further notice.
Games Rooms: Closed until further notice.
Airport Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule, every 30 minutes.

We are committed to making our food and beverage offerings available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity and reinforcing social distancing.

 

Restaurant and lobby layouts have been adapted to ensure physical distancing guidelines have been accommodated. Shared use and reuse items are replaced with single-use, individually sealed items with disposable packaging.

 

Contactless menus for food and beverage options are available on Mobile Dining via the Marriott Bonvoy™ App or digitally by scanning a QR code. Our payment methods are modified to reduce contact. We are accepting contactless payment only, including credit, debit, and charge to room.

 

We are offering the following services to enhance your stay:

  • Grab & Go options available 24-hours from our Wayside Social Café offering a wide selection of breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, entrees and hot, cold and alcoholic beverages. Partitions in place at food service counter and staff will wear all appropriate PPE (face coverings, gloves).
  • In Room Dining via Fresh Bites: Breakfast 6:30am - 11:00am, All Day Menu 6:30am - Midnight 

 

MClub Lounge is closed until further notice.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
