Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Plexiglass shields at front desk and outlets has been installed to protect staff and guests.
  • Guests can order take out from hotel restaurant, we offer "knock and drop" services.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are placed in lobby, outside elevators, inside elevator and high traffic areas.
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g. elevator buttons) every 15 minutes.
  • We are practicing social distancing - 2 Meters. Markings on floors where line-ups typically occur.
  • Mobile key.
  • Several social distancing signs in lobby and elevators.
  • Furniture wipes offered.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Staff members and staff are required to wear face coverings.
  • Masks and Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.
  • 14 antibacterial all purpose and disinfectant on touch points.
  • Alkaline bathroom cleaner and disinfectant chemical is being used in the washrooms.
  • Individual linen and garbage from guestroom.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
  • The modifications we have made include: Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times, timed workouts, Change rooms cleaned every half hour.
  • Restaurant and Patios: Open, masks required at all times, social distancing practices.
  • Sneeze guards at Front Desk.
  • All associates have proper PPE.

  • Open for dining, contact-less pick up, in-room delivery.
  • Breakfast daily 8:00am-12:00 noon 
  • Lunch and dinner 12:00noon-9:00pm Sunday - Thursday and 12:00noon-11:00pm Friday and Saturday.

Parkway Patio and Grill 


  • Open for dining, contactless pick up, in-room delivery.
  • Sunday - Thursday - 12:00noon-9:00pm and Friday and Saturday - 12:00noon-11:00pm
