Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, to wear masks and to share elevators with only those in your bubble or one other person. Partitions are installed at the front desk and at food and beverage grab and go service counters.

 

Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in restaurants, pool, terrace, health club as well as all other hotel spaces are in compliance with local and state mandates.

 

Mobile check-in and key will be active by September, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app or by calling the front desk. Contactless check-in and check out experience at the front desk and for all room deliveries.

 

No valet service is currently available for parking, self parking only.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms which includes:



Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations in all public areas including elevator landings.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE face coverings at a minimum as well as gloves depending on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Information cards are now electronic, available for viewing on the guestroom TV, Ice buckets are available upon request, guests can request contactless delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Clean seals on both the closet and the refrigerator. All linens, terry (towels...) and amenities are removed between guests for thorough cleaning and coffeemakers and TV remotes are fully sanitized between guests.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations and guidance. Our capacities in spaces are reduced and the team is actively promoting the required social distancing. The modifications to our services include:


Fitness Center: Planned opening is September, guidance being reviewed, requirements will be updated shortly.
Pool and Terrace: Open, masks required when indoors and not in the pool, capacity monitored, chairs are distanced.
Food & Beverage: Harbour Bar is open limited hours and days of week for takeout, limited food offerings available at the front desk when closed, breakfast packages available all days of the week.
Lounges: Socially distanced seating section for guests, no food service at this time, hope to have open limited hours in September.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all areas of the hotel including our food and beverage spaces both front and back of house. Associates are required to have their temperature checked prior to the start of their shift and are also required to wear masks and gloves.

 

  • Harbour Bar is open limited hours and days of week for takeout, limited food offerings available at the front desk when closed, breakfast packages available all days of the week.
  • Full service restaurants and lounges remain closed, anticipated opening September.
  • Mobile dining is not available at this time, options are being reviewed for September.
